This is a brilliant opportunity for you to gain a higher level of technical drilling competences, while improving your professional profile in a truly international environment. You do not need to be have a Well Control Instructor certificate or to be an experienced trainer at this stage. We will guide you and coach you in gradually developing the necessary skills, while helping to gain an Instructor and Assessor certificates and exam preparation, providing teaching practice and helping you develop your training and methodological competences.
The following requirements will apply to all candidates:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering or Oil & Gas;
- Practical field experience in drilling of no less than 5 years;
- Mathematical skills;
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Public speaking skills and desire to develop as a tutor.
